Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara. The Job Title will handle day-to-day operational responsibilities related to EV vehicles, which may include coordinating sales or service activities, supporting customers with inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes, timely follow-ups, and adherence to company standards and policies. The Job Title will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support reporting requirements, and assist in achieving departmental and organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, transportation, or a related industry, with a strong interest in buses.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities, including accurate documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up on tasks and commitments.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) and comfort working with company systems and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, expanding operation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Fluency in local languages and good command of English, both written and spoken.
