Job DescriptionOur Client, Navon Jobs Nepal is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in manpower-related industries, partnership generation, and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify, approach, and build strong partnerships with clients, organizations, and business networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage and expand the company’s client portfolio through effective sales practices.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and business agreements with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower recruitment, sales, business development, or partnership generation.
- Strong understanding of the manpower/recruitment industry and client acquisition process.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships and generating leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of market trends and business development strategies.
- Experienced professionals from manpower agencies.
- Candidates with a strong network and proven sales achievements will be preferred.
- Monthly bonuses provided if the KPIs are met.
