Job DescriptionOur Client, Awesome Holidays Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Travel Sales Manager to manage international travel inquiries, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales capabilities, in-depth knowledge of Nepal's travel and trekking products, and a proven track record in lead conversion and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert travel inquiries from international markets, including Asia, Europe, the USA, Australia, and other regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase travel bookings and revenue generation.
- Handle client communications professionally through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
- Design, customize, and recommend travel packages, including trekking, tours, adventure trips, luxury holidays, and tailor-made itineraries.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth planning and execution of travel programs.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior sales team members to improve overall team performance.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management review.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales, preferably in the tourism, trekking, or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in international travel sales and lead conversion.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent CRM management and sales reporting skills.
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads into bookings.
- In-depth knowledge of Nepal's travel, trekking, adventure, and tourism products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
