About the role

You’ll own early-stage outbound engagement for Veel-helping turn cold prospects into familiar names before they ever speak to sales.

This includes engaging with target accounts in meaningful ways, sending personalized messages that feel natural and relevant, and running light-touch warming sequences that build familiarity over time. You understand how to communicate in a way that doesn’t feel like outreach-you know how to make interactions feel human, timely, and context-aware.


What you’ll do

  • Engage with target prospects daily through meaningful interactions on relevant platforms and channels
  •  Run personalized outreach sequences that combine light-touch engagement with direct messaging to build familiarity over time
  •  Send highly contextual, personalized messages that feel human, relevant, and specific to the prospect
  •  Support lead warming efforts by making sure key accounts are aware of and familiar with Veel before direct sales outreach
  •  Surface high-intent signals (e.g., hiring, funding, product launches, expansion) and share them with the sales team
  •  Collaborate with sales and founders to align on priority accounts and engagement strategy
  •  Maintain structured tracking of outreach activity across accounts and sequences
  •  Ensure consistency and quality across all prospect interactions while operating within platform guidelines and best practices


What you bring

  •  1-2 years in social selling, LinkedIn-led outbound, or content-driven sales development
  •  Native LinkedIn fluency - you live on the platform, understand the algorithm, know what ‘thoughtful engagement’ actually means
  •  Strong written communication - short, contextual, conversational DMs that don’t sound like templates
  •  Comfortable with Sales Navigator advanced search, saved searches, signal alerts
  •  Detail-oriented - you can manage 60+ active warming sequences across LinkedIn without dropping anyone
  •  Curious about prospects - you read their content, follow their company, spot the angle others miss
  •  Comfortable with CRM activity logging (HubSpot fluency a plus)
  •  Bonus: Built a personal LinkedIn presence yourself; familiar with Shield, Taplio, or similar LinkedIn analytics tools.
