The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling workshop equipment and tools to garages, workshops, automobile dealers, industrial clients, and institutional buyers. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell workshop equipment, garage tools, and related products to customers.
Identify and develop new customers such as automobile workshops, service centers, and industrial clients.
Visit garages, workshops, dealers, and project sites regularly to generate sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service team for installation, training, and after-sales support.
Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and new products.
Prepare sales reports and submit them to management regularly.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
