Job Description

Mobility Freight is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for delivering customized logistics solutions. This role requires regular client visits, lead generation, business development, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs clearance, and courier solutions.
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, corporate visits, and market research.
  • Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend cost-effective and customized freight solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and business proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
  • Coordinate with the operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, shipments, and customer feedback to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM or other sales management tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, client visit reports, and market feedback for management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, courier, or supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services is highly preferred.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in international freight forwarding, shipping, courier, or logistics companies will be an added advantage.
  • Existing network of corporate clients in trading, manufacturing, import/export, or logistics sectors is preferred.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel for field visits.
