Mobility Freight is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for delivering customized logistics solutions. This role requires regular client visits, lead generation, business development, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs clearance, and courier solutions.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, corporate visits, and market research.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend cost-effective and customized freight solutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Coordinate with the operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, shipments, and customer feedback to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM or other sales management tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, client visit reports, and market feedback for management.
