Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across target industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and field visits.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with business decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy B2B sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales support by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track sales activities through CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Identify new business sectors and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and corporate client acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate sales, enterprise sales, or solution selling.
  • Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
