Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and field visits.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with business decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy B2B sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable products or services.
- Ensure excellent post-sales support by coordinating with internal departments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales activities through CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Identify new business sectors and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and corporate client acquisition.
- Ability to develop and manage long-term client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate sales, enterprise sales, or solution selling.
- Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
