Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote our training programs, generate leads, counsel prospective students, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, social media, events, and referrals.
Counsel students and professionals about suitable training programs.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase admissions.
Build partnerships with colleges, businesses, and organizations.
Maintain accurate records using CRM or spreadsheets.
Coordinate with the marketing and training teams.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or running) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
