Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Dhangadhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting JDPL’s portfolio, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners. The role involves executing sales plans, implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market visits, and collecting feedback to support brand growth and visibility. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to plan promotional activities, manage point-of-sale materials, and ensure brand standards are upheld. The position also includes preparing periodic sales reports, monitoring competitor activity, and supporting training and guidance for field sales personnel as needed.

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and expand market presence.
  • Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support field teams, guide sales activities, and contribute to performance improvement.
  • Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
