Job Description

Posiiton: HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resources and Administrative functions. The position requires a strategic leader capable of driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent management activities.

  • Develop, review, and implement company HR policies, procedures, bylaws, and ensure their effective compliance across the organization.

  • Manage compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, SSF, insurance, and employee welfare programs.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor Act, Labor Rules, SSF regulations, and other statutory requirements.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and industrial relations.

  •  Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave administration, and HR reporting.

  •  Oversee administrative functions and provide strategic HR support to management.

  •  Oversee performance management, training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

  •  Minimum 9-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role with extensive recruitment exposure.

  • Sound knowledge of Nepal Labor Act, SSF regulations, HR Policies, and HR best practices.

  •  Proven experience in high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple functions.

  •  Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

  •  Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
