This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Kathmandu. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to create exceptional drinks and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
- Follow recipes, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests and ensure a memorable experience.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
