Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Officer to join one of our reputed clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
Responsibilities
Lead operations across all outlets, including franchises
Ensure SOP, quality, and hygiene compliance
Train and support managers, baristas, and supervisors
Oversee P&L, cost control, and operational efficiency
Drive new outlet launches and operational readiness
Track KPIs and implement improvements
Maintain a consistent premium customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in multi-outlet café operations, franchise management, or restaurant chain supervision
Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and operational efficiency
Hands-on knowledge of specialty coffee operations preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
Ability to travel frequently across café locations
