G R Eight Private Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth in the areas of Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, Website Development, and Mobile Application Development.


What You'll Do

Generate and qualify new business leads

Conduct client meetings and presentations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Support company growth and expansion initiatives


Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting clients

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing

Must have access to a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Knowledge of Digital Marketing services is a plus

Knowledge of Web Services and Virtual Assistance solutions is an added advantage.


Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Starting from NPR 25,000++

Commission: 5%–10% on successful sales

Additional Performance Bonus: 3%–5%
