Job Description

We are a software company focused on developing innovative digital solutions, including AI-powered applications, business process automation tools, and industry-specific platforms. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development & Product Sales Manager to help expand our customer base, grow product adoption, and identify new market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


Product Sales
  • Promote and sell the company's healthcare platform to hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and other relevant institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closure.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and support the onboarding of new customers.


Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software products and custom development services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, executives, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and business events.


Market & Product Intelligence
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve existing products.
  • Identify recurring business challenges that may present opportunities for new software products or services.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to communicate customer requirements and market needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.


Account Management
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process.
  • Support contract renewals and long-term customer retention.


Requirements


Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, software sales, SaaS sales, technology consulting, or related areas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate customer needs into software solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.


Preferred
  • Experience selling healthcare technology, enterprise software, ERP systems, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Existing network within healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, NGOs, or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, digital platforms, and software development concepts.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.


Location

Office-based with client meetings and occasional travel as required.
