About Company
Karobar App is Nepal’s leading digital ledger and business management platform for MSMEs. We are now launching Briz, a local commerce platform that connects customers with nearby sellers, helping businesses grow digitally while enabling customers to discover and shop from trusted local stores.
Role Overview
As a Merchant Acquisition & Activation Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Briz's merchant network by acquiring, onboarding, and activating local businesses. This is a hybrid role that combines field-based and office-based responsibilities.
In the field, you will visit local shops, build relationships with business owners, demonstrate the value of Briz, and onboard new merchants. From the office, you will follow up with merchants via phone or messaging, provide ongoing support, track activation progress, and ensure merchants remain engaged and responsive on the platform.
The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about helping local businesses grow through technology.
