Job Description
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken individual with a healthcare background (nurse, HA, pharmacy, lab technician, radiology, or related field) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Guide patients regarding treatments and clinic services.
Maintain patient records and assist with front desk operations.
Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service.
Requirements:
Healthcare-related educational background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
