Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nepal for a Spa Supervisor. The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing customer service, handling receptionist duties, designing service schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to uphold the spa’s quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and operational management
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as scheduling and managing appointments
- Ability to train and mentor staff for consistent service excellence
- Knowledge of spa and wellness service
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant experience in hospitality or spa management is preferred
