Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhangadhi, responsible for driving revenue growth for Siddhartha Hospitality’s hotels and resorts. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing corporate and travel partners, and conducting sales visits and presentations. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate rates and contracts, and follow up to close business, while ensuring accurate record-keeping in sales systems and reports. The role also includes coordinating with operations and marketing teams on promotional activities, attending networking events, and monitoring local market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer relationship management and client servicing abilities, including maintaining long-term partnerships and handling guest or client inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in using office and sales tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or hotel sales systems) and preparing accurate reports and proposals.
  • Understanding of hospitality or hotel operations and local market dynamics; prior experience in hotel or tourism sales is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, travel locally for client visits, and represent the brand at industry events and meetings.
