Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The role is central to ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional first impressions to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and email inquiries
- Assist guests with information and service requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
- Support billing and payment processing where required
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
Requirements
- Strong customer service and front office skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Previous hotel front office experience preferred
- Familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, hotel systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred)
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
