Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The role is central to ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional first impressions to our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle reservations, phone calls, and email inquiries
  • Assist guests with information and service requests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
  • Support billing and payment processing where required
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution


Requirements

  • Strong customer service and front office skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Previous hotel front office experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, hotel systems)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred)
  • Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
