Our Client, MV Dugar Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales performance, and ensure overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the automobile industry, and the ability to manage both operations and sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
  • Achieve branch sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned market.
  • Implement business strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise branch administration, inventory management, customer service, and compliance activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to maintain high productivity, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, banks, and business partners.
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with senior management for effective execution of business plans and company initiatives.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (preferred) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Proven experience in branch operations, sales leadership, business development, or administration roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of branch management, sales operations, inventory control, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and execute growth strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a target-driven, result-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the automobile sector.
  • Candidates with experience in administrative or senior sales roles will be prioritized.
  • Local candidates from Butwal region are highly preferred.
