This is a full-time, on-site Waiter role located in Nepal. The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of guests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, and handling customer needs with professionalism and grace.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers courteously and effectively.
- Food & Beverage and Food Service experience to provide high-quality dining experiences.
- Basic knowledge of Cooking practices to better understand menu offerings and assist in recommendations if needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English and Nepali preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
