We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Chef with expertise in Thakali and Continental cuisine to join our hospitality team at Ichchha Kamana-4, Lewatar, Chitwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve authentic Thakali and Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Plan and execute daily menus while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely procurement of kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and support staff.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
- Introduce creative menu ideas and seasonal specials to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality food standards.
