MAW Skills Academy (MSA) is a subsidiary company of MAW Enterprise P. Ltd. MSA is affiliated with Council of Technical and Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) for conducting short-term vocational courses.
MSA is offering workshop-based trainings in two province-Madesh and Bagmati, Besides that, mobile-based training is being conducted throughout the country. MSA has been imparting fee-based skills training as well as sponsored and donor-based skill training by assuring quality training and placement assurance model. We are also working with different local partner I/NGOs, local government in the vocational training discipline.
As a result of the partnership with local government and I/NGOs, MSA has gathered ample learning experience to develop quality workforce in compliance as per the demand of national and international market. MSA collaborates with MAW Enterprises for placement which represents more over 20 internationally renowned brands in Nepal including Yamaha (2-wheelers, Music, Power solutions), JCB-Construction equipment Jeep, Skoda, Changan passenger Car, HP lude, Kone lifts, Eicher and Foton Commercial Vehicle, LET Aircrafts, Ingersoll Rand. Trane, Mettler Toledo, Greaves, and so on.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Janakpur for the role of Front Desk and Admin Executive. The primary responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a well-organized reception area, coordinating schedules and appointments, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. The role requires strong customer interaction and effective communication skills, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Customer Service interactions
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is an advantage
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
