Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Lalitpur District. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. The role also involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, providing training and support to team members, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for business development. Collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency is a key aspect of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads.
  • Leadership ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry in Nepal is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
