This is a hybrid contract role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Kathmandu, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Expertise
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Experience in Software Sales, SaaS Products, or Technology solutions preferred
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with independent time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
