Role Description
- Proficiency in Educational Consultation, including advising students on courses, universities, and career goals specific to USA and Canada.
- Strong skills in Documentation and Process Management, including assisting with visa applications, admission requirements, and compliance with policies.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Attention to Detail and Organization to manage multiple cases simultaneously and ensure thorough follow-ups.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets
