UK Education Counsellor

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented UK Education Counsellors to guide students through the complete UK study-abroad process, from course and university selection to application and visa preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on UK universities, courses, intakes, fees, and admission requirements.
• Handle applications through UCAS and direct university portals.
• Guide students through the UK student visa process, including CAS, financial documentation, TB test requirements, and credibility interview preparation.
• Follow up with students, universities, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
• Represent the organization at education fairs and university representative meetings when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UK Education Counsellor.
• Strong knowledge of the UK education system, universities, courses, and intake periods.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong counselling, interpersonal, convincing, and student-handling skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, professional ethics, attention to detail, and a target-oriented approach.
• Experience participating in education fairs or university meetings will be an advantage.
