Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Operation Incharge role based in Kathmandu. S/He will oversee property management, brokerage services, valuation, consulting and analyze opportunities in the real estate and commercial real estate sectors.

8 Service domain expansion and functional unit development
9 Reporting and Accountability
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with Nepal's real estate laws and market trends is a plus
- ACCA or Semi Qualified CA having adequate exposure on Banking Audit or Banking job experience
- Having knowledge of Nepalese real estate and lang transaction activities and regulatory frameworks
