Job Description
- VAT / PAN Billing, Data entry (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Bank and other entries)
- To ensure checking & entry of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedure.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- To ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Chasing late payments, reporting bad and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow.
- Handle all transaction related to accounts.
- To check & disburse petty cash expenses & party/vendor payment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the payment by the customers.
Job Specification
- Intermediate (+2) cleared
- Knowledge of operating Computer and Fluency in MS-OFFICE.
- Can work individually and as a team.
- A knowledge in Tally would be a plus
- Knowledge about travel and tour industry would be a plus
