Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer to create engaging, SEO-optimized content in the travel and tourism domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of travel trends, storytelling, and digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality, original content for: Travel blogs (destinations, guides, itineraries)
  • Tour packages (trekking, wellness, adventure, cultural tours)
  • Write content for Website landing pages
  • Conduct in-depth research on destinations, travel trends, and user intent
  • Optimize content for SEO (on-page optimization, keyword placement, internal linking)
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to align content with strategy
  • Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings and engagement
  • Write compelling meta titles, descriptions, and CTAs
  • Ensure all content is plagiarism-free and aligned with brand voice
  • Adapt writing style for different audiences (luxury, budget, adventure, etc.)
  • Work on content for international travel (e.g., Thailand, China, Vietnam) and Nepal-based tourism
  • Assist in content planning for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of experience in content writing (travel niche preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (keywords, headings, meta tags)
  • Ability to write engaging, storytelling-style content
  • Familiarity with tools like:
  • Google Docs / Word
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest – basic understanding is enough)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Experience writing about Nepal tourism, trekking, or international travel
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (especially SEO & content strategy)
  • Understanding of user intent and conversion-focused writing
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation
