Vacant position #1 Pharmacist Assistant
Salary : upto 25k
Location: Samakhusi, KTM
Key Responsibilities:
> Processing Medicine Invoices: Reviewing and managing incoming medicine invoices for accuracy and recordkeeping.
> Creating Orders via WhatsApp and Viber: Processing direct and indirect medicine orders sent by customers through WhatsApp and Viber platforms.
> Handling MDE Issues (Missed, Damaged, Exchange): Investigating and resolving issues related to missed, damaged, or exchange requests for products.
> Product Verification and Inspection (Related to MDE Issues): Inspecting and verifying products returned or flagged under MDE to ensure quality and compliance.
> Communicating with the Customer Care Team: Responding to customer inquiries about both medicine and non-medicine products through the customer care team.
> Handling Prescription Orders : Coordinating and communicating with customers regarding prescription orders using the admin system.
> Managing Medicine Transfers (Syntax Transfer to Location): Overseeing the transfer of medicines to appropriate locations using the Syntax system.
> Maintaining the Pharmaceutical Station: Ensuring proper stock rotation, checking expiration dates, maintaining product organization, and upholding hygiene standards.
Job requirements:
> Minimum a year of experience in similar role.
> Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review invoices, verify product quality, and manage inventory records.
> Communication Skills: Proficient in responding to customer queries
> Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to missed, damaged, or exchanged products efficiently.
Vacant position #2 Pharmacist
Factory location : Lele, lalitpur
Experience - 1 year or fresher
Salary - 25k – 35k
Accomodation & Food : Provided
Job requirements:
> Education : B.Pharma
> Valid Nepal Pharmacy Council License.
> Strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical guidelines.
> Prior experience as a pharmacist is an advantage.
