Hybrid is rapidly growing, and to continue delivering exceptional results for our global clients, we’re looking for a Paid Media Lead to join our fun team in Kathmandu. This isn’t just about managing campaigns. It’s about leading strategy, owning performance, and helping grow a high-performing team that delivers across Google, Meta, and many more.


What you’ll be doing


  • Development and execution of paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Must have programmatic advertising experience (DV360)
  • Own performance, from budget management and pacing to optimisation and reporting.
  • Work closely with our team in Australia to align on campaigns, insights, and client goals.
  • Leverage platform partnerships to stay ahead of new features, tools and trends.
  • Deliver insights, not just numbers, but translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.


What we’re looking for:


  • Ideally experience working for an international digital agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing high value paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience using it for in-depth campaign analysis.
  • Confidence in using Google Tag Manager for tag setup, pixel tracking, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Proven ability to drive performance and meet campaign KPIs.
  • A strong communicator who’s confident in stakeholder discussions and performance reviews.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and loves solving problems with data and creativity.
