As a UK Counselor, you will be the lead strategist for students aspiring to study in the United Kingdom. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of academic expertise, meticulous documentation skills, and empathetic counseling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for students, guiding them from their initial curiosity to their first day on a UK campus.

• Strategic Counseling: Conduct comprehensive one-on-one sessions to align students’ career aspirations with the right UK universities and programs.
• End-to-End Application Management: Oversee the entire submission process, ensuring all academic transcripts, personal statements, and references meet university standards.
• Visa Mastery: Provide expert guidance on UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) requirements, ensuring high success rates through meticulous document vetting and mock interview preparation.
• Compliance & Knowledge Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve regarding UK educational reforms, post-study work rights (Graduate Route), and evolving student visa immigration rules.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with partner institutions and university representatives.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically as a UK Education Counselor within the study-abroad sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK Student Visa (formerly Tier 4) immigration rules, CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) requirements, and financial evidence protocols.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the UK education landscape, including UCAS processes and university-specific entry requirements.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) with the ability to build immediate trust with students and parents.
• Analytical Precision: A sharp eye for detail—you catch the small errors in documentation that others miss.
• Results-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously while meeting strict university and intake deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Business, or a related field.
