CG Net is looking for Technical Support Executive responsible for providing first-level technical and service support to customers, ensuring quick resolution of common issues and proper escalation of complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to internet, IPTV, and service issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic connectivity problems (router, fiber, etc.)
- Guide customers through step-by-step issue resolution
- Log tickets accurately in the system with proper categorization
- Escalate unresolved or technical issues to outbound team/Field team/NOC
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely closure
- Maintain customer satisfaction during complaint handling
- Identify recurring issues and report to supervisors
- Basic ISP technical knowledge (network, router, fiber)
- Problem-solving ability
- Patience and customer handling skills
- Clear communication
- Ability to multitask
