Job Description
- Promote and sell housing units, residential colonies, and apartment projects
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Actively advertise and promote projects through social media platforms and other marketing channels
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and project updates
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field
