Thinko Learning is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage and support school partnership activities across assigned municipalities in Pokhara. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining relationships with local government authorities and schools, supporting onboarding and activation programs, and ensuring smooth communication between schools and the head office.
Preference will be given to candidates who are locally based and own a personal vehicle for regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage school partnership and sales activities across minimum 15 municipalities
- Coordinate and manage the sales process in assigned municipalities (each municipality may include 10–15 schools)
- Conduct and support initial school activation programs for 1–2 months after onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mayors, Deputy Mayors, Education Officers, School Management Teams, and other government stakeholders
- Regularly visit schools and government offices for coordination and follow-ups
- Provide required technical and operational support to schools either directly or in coordination with the Head Office
- Coordinate training sessions and facilitate schools for required academic or technical training from head office.
- Form and manage local intern/support teams whenever required
- Maintain proper reporting of school visits, meetings, sales progress, and activation activities
- Ensure smooth communication between schools and the Thinko Head Office
