We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer with experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Servers, Cyber Security, Virtualization, Networking Products, Firewalls, and VMware solutions, along with excellent customer relationship and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and enterprise sectors.
- Promote and sell IT solutions including Cyber Security, Servers, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle IT tender preparation, submission, and compliance with tender requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, technical documents, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and project implementation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business progress.
