Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, agile, and result-driven Client Relation Manager based in Itahari. This role requires extensive field engagement and is not a desk-based position. The incumbent will act as the face of Paisa Experience throughout Koshi Province. Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead conversion and client acquisition to installation, training, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Field Consultations

  • Visit prospective hospitality businesses and identify operational challenges.
  • Diagnose inventory leakages, billing issues, and business pain points.
  • Present Paisa Experience solutions as business consultation rather than traditional sales.
  • Convert inbound leads into active customers.
  • Conduct cold visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Plan and optimize field routes to maximize productive client meetings and demonstrations.

Technical Setup, Installation & Onboarding

  • Install and configure software systems for new clients.
  • Perform basic menu setup and system configuration.
  • Configure local networks and install KOT/BOT printers.
  • Conduct comprehensive user training for:
    • Cashiers.
    • Waitstaff.
    • Kitchen teams.
  • Ensure clients can independently operate the system.

Relationship Management & Customer Retention

  • Provide prompt field and online support to clients.
  • Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
  • Generate referrals and expand business through customer recommendations.

Daily Reporting & Team Coordination

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Record lead status, customer interactions, and contract updates promptly.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Kathmandu-based management team.
  • Submit daily activity reports, field logs, and check-in/check-out updates.

Onboarding & Training Program

Fully Funded Immersive Training

  • Attend a 1–2-week intensive training program at the Kathmandu office.
  • Work closely with sales, technical, and management teams.

Business & Market Mastery

  • Receive hands-on training on:
    • Paisa Experience software ecosystem.
    • Internal CRM workflows.
    • Advanced sales and negotiation techniques.
    • Business consulting methodologies.

Company-Covered Expenses

  • All onboarding expenses will be fully covered by the company, including:
    • Travel expenses.
    • Accommodation.
    • Food and related expenses.
Job Specification

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in:
  • B2B corporate sales.
  • Software sales.
  • Hospitality/F&B industry sales.

Gender

  • Male candidates are preferred.

Mobility

  • Must own a personal motorcycle/scooter.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.

Geographical Flexibility

  • Must be based in Itahari.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively throughout Koshi Province.
