Role Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Helper for a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation tasks, maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, assist in cooking processes, and support food and beverage activities. You will work collaboratively with a small team to ensure the production of high-quality chocolates and assist as needed in customer-facing events or retail setups.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with attention to detail and precision in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge and practice of Hygiene and Food Safety standards
- Understanding of Food & Beverage concepts and processes
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in food production or the food industry is an advantage
- Interest or passion for confectionery, especially chocolate, will be highly regarded
