Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pokhara for a Front Office Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, managing receptionist duties, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating reservations, and maintaining communication with various departments. The Front Office Supervisor will ensure high-quality guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supervising the front desk team to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, training, and performance oversight
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including guest check-ins/outs and handling inquiries
- Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of Reservations systems, booking processes, and related software
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and an understanding of cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
