Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Kathmandu. The Front Office Manager will oversee office administration tasks, ensure smooth front office operations, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing front desk activities, addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and managing front office operations
  • Soft Accounting and Audit assistant Skill (Experience Preferrable)
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and teams
  • Background in team coordination and organizational management is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
