Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pokhara for a Front Office Supervisor. The role involves supervising front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing receptionist duties, managing reservations, and addressing guest needs efficiently. The Front Office Supervisor will play a key role in leading and supporting front office staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience managing and supporting front office teams
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Knowledge of Reservations systems and processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar roles is preferred
