Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Mechinagar Municipality, with flexibility for some remote work. The Guest Relations Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also entails maintaining excellent communication with customers to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Sales to support business growth and revenue generation.
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and guest check-ins/outs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively and tactfully.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work settings.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
