Role Description

The Project Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of PEB projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with relevant teams, managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, handling logistics, and conducting inspections. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
Experience in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure timely completion of project activities
Expertise in Inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards
Knowledge and experience in Logistics Management to streamline material and resource handling
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Prior experience in managing pre-engineered building projects is a plus
