JOB DESCRIPTION


1. Position Details

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: One for Butwal & one for Narayanghat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To:

·       Primary: Dealer Sales Manager

·       Dotted Line: Executive Director


2. Job Purpose

To act as the company’s on-site representative at the dealership and ensure strict compliance with standardized sales processes, documentation accuracy, stock control, invoicing discipline, and brand governance in alignment with company policies


3. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Process Governance

·       Ensure adherence to defined sales SOPs (lead management, test drive protocol, booking, delivery process).

·       Monitor CRM/DMS usage and accuracy of customer data entry.

·       Conduct periodic process compliance checks.

·       Maintain showroom operational discipline and brand standards.

B. Documentation & Compliance Control

·       Verify completeness and accuracy of all sales documentation.

·       Ensure proper physical and digital record maintenance.

C. Inventory & Stock Monitoring

·       Daily reconciliation of physical vs system stock.

·       Monitor inventory aging and report slow-moving units.

·       Track demo/test drive vehicles.

·       Ensure Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) compliance.

D. Invoicing & Financial Discipline

·       Ensure accurate and timely vehicle invoicing.

·       Validate pricing, discounts, and scheme approvals.

·       Coordinate payment confirmations prior to delivery.

·       Report discrepancies in stock, billing, or documentation.


4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       Sales Process Compliance Score ≥ 95%

·       Zero stock mismatch incidents

·       100% documentation accuracy

·       On-time invoicing rate

·       Inventory aging within defined threshold

·       Audit non-compliance incidents: Zero


5. Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       2–5 years of experience in automotive dealership operations or sales coordination

·       Knowledge of CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

·       Basic understanding of automotive retail finance and taxation
