This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Technician based in Kathmandu. The Head Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of uPVC and Aluminium fenestration products. This includes supervising technical staff, ensuring the optimal performance of products, and adhering to quality standards. The role requires ensuring project timelines are met efficiently while maintaining high standards in functionality and design output for clients.
- Technical expertise in uPVC and Aluminium fabrication, installation, and maintenance processes
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving for fenestration products
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams during project execution
- Excellent understanding of quality control and compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in commercial, residential, and institutional project environments is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering fields preferred
