Job Description
Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and expand the client base across Nepal.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional activities.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or relevant sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
