Store Manager Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years retail management experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service.
* Proficient in POS systems and inventory management.
* Good knowledge of skincare and beauty trends.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
* Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
Sales Representative Requirements:
* Passion for beauty and skincare.
* Prior experience in sales or beauty retail is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
