Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee and lead our cosmetics sales operations. This role requires a motivated professional with excellent leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, and the ability to guide a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and growing brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Train, mentor, and support sales staff on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor daily field activities, track team performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive product visibility and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail outlets, and distribution partners.
  • Ensure attractive product displays, branding compliance, and store hygiene at all client locations.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse or supply chain team.
  • Compile and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty industry developments.

 

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and personal care products.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and using digital tools for tracking performance.
