Job Description

Sales & Customer Service

  • Manage and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver high-quality service and meet customer expectations.
  • Handle high-value customer interactions and resolve escalated issues.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

Inventory & Display Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure all bikes and accessories are displayed attractively and in line with brand standards.
  • Oversee the delivery and handover process of vehicles.

Administrative & Operational Oversight

  • Maintain records of sales, customer information, and inventory.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for local campaigns and events.
  • Support digital marketing efforts and manage showroom social media presence if required.

 

 

 

 

Job Specification
  • Knowledge of two-wheeler product specifications and pricing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools and inventory management system.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good salesmanship and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in Nepali and English (spoken and written)
